  • Operator Connect: Operator Connect enables service providers to offer deeper integration into the Teams platform to enhance and streamline the Teams Phone experience around networking, provisioning, management, and reporting.
  • Contact Center: CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) is a cloud-based solution that provides businesses with the tools and infrastructure to manage their contact center operations.
